The List of offences is graded into category A, B and C.

CATEGORY A

  1. Damage / Defacing / Vandalism of School property or premises.
  2. Carrying or consumption of alcohol or drugs.
  3. Carrying weapons or dangerous instruments.
  4. Wilful behaviour leading to physical harm to others.
  5. Getting implicated in ragging or bullying other students. A student is said to be bullied when she is exposed, repeatedly and over time, to negative actions on the part of one or more other students, and she has difficulty defending herself.

CATEGORY B

  1. Truancy or unapproved absence from school without a parent’s knowledge.
  2. Leaving the school premises during school hours without the Principal’s permission.
  3. Chewing of gum, betelnut and tobacco.
  4. Bringing objectionable literature or CD’s to School.
  5. Posting objectionable comments about the school, the members of staff or about other fellow students on social networking sites.
  6. Disobedience or Disrespect towards members of the School Staff.

CATEGORY C

  1. Bringing mobile phones, cameras, i-pods and other electronic gadgets is not permitted and if found all will be confiscated.
  2. Using unfair means in an exam
  3. Indulging in abusive language.
  4. Speaking in language(s) other than English.
  5. Changing one’s place in the classroom without prior permission.
  6. Turning up in school with an unbecoming hairstyle or inappropriate shoes, in spite of a prior warning.
